Kristiaan, I would recommend asking the LED manufacturers to supply information in accordance with Annex G to IEC 60825-1 (Information to be provided by manufacturers of LEDs ).
Please also be aware that if the LEDs are closely spaced together then you need to consider the combined radiation from all such LEDs.
