Dear group, Recently we had a product which are required to enter into Japan market. There are procedures called for the importer to make a report of business to the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry. The report shall include a classification of electrical appliances (Article 2) and Type classification of the product (Article 4). We face a problem that it seems to us the Type Classification in the list for the Electric Motor-operated Product is referred to the AC electric appliances. (with selection of single or three phase, etc) Whereas our product is operate with two 12V DC stepper motor. Could anyone please advice on how we could fill the list? Many thanks.
