We used the UL rebuild program for a time about 20 years ago. We added a
"R" to one of the numbers. I think we added the "R" to the serial number.

Subject: Rebuilt products

I wonder if anybody has any experience with UL approvals for rebuilt
products. UL has a program for rebuilt products approval, and this program
requires a term "Rebuilt" to be a part of the product marking.
I do not remember ever seeing a "Rebuilt" marking on products. Has anybody?
Can you share your experience?
