oticed an updated version of FCC Part 15 rules on the FCC's OET web site. The updated version includes an additional band in the 5.47- 5.725GHz range. The rule change also requires DFS in the 5.25-5.35GHz and 5.47-5.725GHz bands and TPC in the 5.47-5.725GHz band.
What I need to know is when these rule changes will become effective and any transition dates. Can you give me any guidance?
