Compliance Engineering Consultant Fees

Greetings,

I am trying to determine what is an appropriate hourly rate for a
consultant who specializes in EMC, Product Safety and/or Quality Systems.
I am primarily interested in the Northern California area of the U.S.,
however, all examples are welcome.
