Hello all, I sometimes need to calculate an FCC Part 18 limit for different antenna distances and decided to combine this with the standard FCC equation.
20 log [15 x sqrt(P/500)]
The result is:
20 log [(4500(Dist + 3.5451E-15)^-1) x sqrt(P/500)]
where "Dist" is in meters
I'll do anything to make my life a little simpler. For anyone who
wishes to contact me directly, I can forward an MS Excel Spreadsheet
with the calculator I use. Royalty free as well!
Have a great New Year,
