World Electricity Supplies (England: British Standards Institution)
lists the low-voltage power-distribution scheme used by each country, as
well as the voltages/frequencies for commercial/residential and
industrial AC power for 200 countries.  I've used the 1989 and 1996
issues, and see that a 2002 issue is now available.  One source is the
International Product Safety Bookshop at
