Camille, World Electricity Supplies (England: British Standards Institution) lists the low-voltage power-distribution scheme used by each country, as well as the voltages/frequencies for commercial/residential and industrial AC power for 200 countries. I've used the 1989 and 1996 issues, and see that a 2002 issue is now available. One source is the International Product Safety Bookshop at http://www.safetylink.com/bookshop/bsi_volt.txt
