UL1564 is for industrial battery chargers (e.g. for fork lift traction batteries). I suggest that UL1236 is more appropriate. While the title of UL1236 refers to engine-starting batteries, it is also used for battery chargers for many other applications, as long as those applications are not Class 2 and not industrial.
