Dear all, I have a application of a 27MHz receiver would like to market in Canada, as I know there is no need to test according to FCC rule for marketing in the U.S. I have read the RSS-210 standard the equipment should classify as category II receiver, but section 8.8 states that the receiver should also be tested. I'm a bit confuse and hope the group could give me some advise!!
