EN60721-3-2 provides figures for a multitude of transportation environments.
However, for your particular problem, a great deal depends on the
specification of the trolley.
There is a huge difference between a trolley with hard wheels and one with
pneumatic tyres.
With pneumatic tyres a reasonable road surface is almost benign, whereas
with hard wheels
a ride on a trolley can be worse than the floor of a rally car on a special
stage!
More damage is caused to some electronic equipment by poor handling during
manufacture than
throughout the remainder of its lifecycle. 
If you are addressing a specific application as opposed to determining
general suitability
for this means of transport, then it could be worth your while using a data
recorder to
measure the actual environment that your equipment will experience. Attach
the recorder to
a loaded trolley and push it around for a while; you will soon have more
data than you can handle!

Subject: vibration test







Dear all,
I'm planning a vibration test in order to simulate a transportation af a
trolley at a typical walking speed (1-6 km/h) over a road surface (I
suppose an internal building floor is a less critical environment). Could
anyone tell me where I can find a rationale to set the test parameters
(acceleration amplitude and  frequency spectrum, test duration)? I have the
MIL STD 810 F curves for reference, but they seem to be not very
appropriate for this particular application.
