of Ireland Chapter of the IEEE EMC Society on 23 June. The subjects of this
meeting are EMC at printed board level, and the history of EMC. The all-day
meeting will conclude with a tour of the large exhibits of the Science
Museum.

This is our flagship event of 2004 and we look forward to a large
attendance.

Details of the event are below. It is open to all, and is free of charge,

You are invited to attend the forthcoming Chapter technical meeting.
on Wednesday June 23rd 2004.

Title: "PCB level EMC" plus a Special Presentation on "EMC History".

We have split our forthcoming event into two themes. The setting of the
Science Museum site prompted the inclusion of the EMC history content,
intended to be a recognition of the contribution of this discipline to
electrical and electronic technology. This session could also be considered
a precursor to the conference on the History of Electronics, which the IEEE
History Committee is sponsoring at Bletchley Park in June.
