Alan, Maybe BSI doesn't have the scopes but you can get them from www.cenelec.org
UL has them at: http://ulstandardsinfonet.ul.com/scopes/ Techstreet (http://www.techstreet.com/) has what they call a description. This seems to be mostly taken from the scope.
