Not directly, but I can well remember, from many years ago at a previous
company, a case where a sub-contractor wiring harness manufacturer used the
wrong solder (he ran out of the correct one) and we then had multiple hi-pot
failures due to the residual flux breaking down.

This was across the pins of an IEC 60320 power outlet socket, not on a PCB.

Greetings to all, 
Has anyone out there encountered problems with PC boards manufactured 
using no-clean flux, i.e. the flux is not washed off the board after 
assembly, failing dielectric tests? I read an article that said this 
could be an issue, and I was wondering if anyone had encountered this.
