Are these not the deviations of the **Japanese National Standard** from
the 6th Edition? Rather than 'In Japan, ....' texts in the standard
itself?

If the Japanese National Committee has not yet published a Japanese
version of the 7th edition, naturally there can be no information on
differences in the CB Bulletin.
