I agree with Mr. Richards. Not placing the other LISNs in-line would affect the measurement on the LISN that was in-line.

All the LISNs not being measured must have the measurement port terminated by a 50 ohm load. You can either use a LISN that has all three phases, or you could use multiple single-conductor LISNs.
