Greetings, Australia has a requirement that all HFC refrigerants that are imported into the country must be licensed with the government. The Australian act is called the Ozone Protection and Synthetic Greenhouse Gas Management Act 1989.
Is anyone aware of similar regulations for importing HFC's into any other countries? I am not concerned with bulk importation, but with pre-charged equipment. Your assistance is appreciated.
