Well, may be I made not clear that this group acts on behalf of
the European Commission itself….. The guide to the application of the EMCD is almost as good as the EMCD itself, and probably a lot more readable. My proposition was made to allow basically everyone to suggest topics that need an official “application guide”, to enhance the old guide, and to make sure any ambiguities removed. Well, based on the new EMCD text proposal, a new guide is being prepared by a small group of specialists.
