George, I assume you are not a power cord manufacturer. The cords you are speaking about are typically molded-on with a plug and a molded-on connector to mate with appliance inlet. For each country, you will need to supply a cord set which is approved for the country's usage. Therefore, colors do not make a difference since you will be purchasing cord sets with certifications for that countries power system. Why worry about colors? Peter
