Fishing for knowledge here folks. My lab has an ESD target built by the late Hugh Hyatt at Hyger Physics a few years back. It's apparently designed to have better high frequency characteristics. My problem is that I have absolutly no information on it. A quick check with an ohm meter suggests it was not built for a 50 ohm system (SMA reads 3.5 ohms pin to shell). Can any of you who knew Hugh shed any light on this? Thanks! Brent DeWitt This message is from the IEEE Product Safety Engineering Society emc-pstc discussion list.
