Not likely to be.  CENELEC has already voted NO on a draft EN 55022 based on
the 4th Edition of CISPR 22.  They are waiting for the results of voting on a
pair of upcoming FDIS documents that, if they pass, will result in CISPR 22,
5th Edition.
