I'm sure that a lot of people do, but I don't think you will find an answer to whatever your problem is by simply asking people to report their experiences. Are you using the correct edition of the standard? Was the procedure in Annex B.2 of the standard followed correctly? Was the 7% limit (for equipment attended while in use) in clause 5 c) of the standard applied? By how much does your product fail? What is the calculated dmax? Can you release all the test results, especially for B.2, so that we can see whether there is a simple explanation or solution? Did you have the other stapler tested?
