Dear Mike,

Your timing is impeccable. TUV Rheinland is Hosting a Free Web Seminar
tomorrow, Dec 2, 2004, 2:00-3:30 EST. Please Complete the WEEE and RoHS Survey
On-line and You Can Gain Valuable Insight on the following New Directives.

- WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive 2002/96/EC)

- RoHS (Restriction on Hazardous Substances Directive 2002/95/EC)

The implementation of these directive requirements are intended to reduce
risks to human health and the environment through the proper treatment of
waste and a reduction in the use of hazardous substances.

You probably know that products are required to meet these directives by:
* August 13, 2005 for the WEEE Directive
* July 1, 2006 for the RoHS Directive

To show our appreciation for your help in completing the on-line survey at
www.us.tuv.com/weee-survey, all participants will be given the opportunity to
attend a web seminar on the WEEE and RoHS Directives.

Once you complete the survey you will be automatically registered to attend
the Thursday, December 2, 2004 web seminar. If you choose not to complete the
survey but would like to attend, you can register by calling 1-TUV-DOT-COM4.

Also Mike, we are offering customized on site seminars about the WEEE and RoHS
Directives for your team. Please let us know if you would like more
information regarding on site training.
