Gert The non-portable ESD Tester made by Watahanie or Noiseken goes up to 30 KV. It has an easy menu to use and you should be shocking yourself inside of thirty seconds ;). It doesnt switch polarities automatically like the Schaffners (model 435?) For the money at the time it was comparable to Schaffner and I think it had probe sets you could choose with different pf values. Its a rugged plastic gun at the end of a long cable thats connected to a handled metal box so its sort of portable. 30 KV was kind of hard to find a couple years ago but thats what I found and bought.
