Lisa, You can't translate it until you specify a distance, at minimum. The power you are specifying radiates on to a spherical surface of an area which increases as the square of the distance from the source. There are a number of variables that can enter into the final answer, so I'll stop short of a longer dissertation and ask you to more fully describe the problem.
