Weston, There is http://groups.yahoo.com/group/emctech which covers EMC testing. It is relatively new so there has not been much traffic yet. It is primarily intended for technicians and persons running emc tests. It is not intended for EMC design or EMC directives, although discussions along those lines won't be discouraged. Bob Richards.
