Hello everyone, I have been asked to investigate if there are any regulations for plastic bags with respect to suffocation hazards. The only regulation I was able to find was from the State of California which requires warning markings if the bag is larger then a certain size and thickness.
Does anyone know of any other regulations requiring special markings or the need to place breathing holes in the bag? I am especially interested in any EU regulations on this subject.
