Hewlett-Packard Singapore is seeking a Product Regulatory
Engineer for our Imaging & Printing Manufacturing Operations
(IPMO) in Singapore.
Job Responsibilities/Background :
- Be the New Product Introduction program focal point on all
technical regulations; set objectives (Safety/EMC/Telecom);
- Responsible for establishing product compliance specification
during early design phase;
- Engaging external ODMs/CDMs towards meeting Design for
Compliance objectives;
- Develop product Safety/EMC qualification plans fulfilling
both internal specified & external regulatory requirement;
- Interface with both internal & external test labs towards
meeting product qualification goals;
- Responsible for achieving technical regulations approval in
enabling world wide market access.
Job Requirement :
- Bachelor/Masters degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering;
- Equip with strong background in digital/analog electronics
and power supply design;
- Possess proven technical knowledge in developing and enabling;
Safety/EMC compliant designs;
- Sound knowledge of worldwide product safety/EMC/telecom;
regulatory requirements and process;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Project management skill desirable.
