Jim, That sine vibration standard describes three different types of testing: sweep, predetermined fixed frequencies, or endurance at fixed frequencies identified by means of a resonance search. I have some past experience with the IEC 60068-2-6 requirements as defined in ABS and DNV marine standards, but I'm not familiar with EN 60945. That standard should define the type of sine test as well as parameters. If you're only interested in information for the purpose of quoting or understanding the magnitude of the test then perhaps I can help you on-line. But if you're going to perform the test then I suggest that you purchase the standard. You probably have your own favorites but I'm partial to British Standards Institute.
