hello Group, We are exploring the possibility of shipping into Singapore in the next yr. or so. Has anyone shipped to Singapore having met this surge test of 500vdc. and if not, is it allowed to have written in the user/install guide that DC -48v protection is required in front of the product, Would that wording being allowed in place of doing the testing? Not sure is Singapore Customs would allow this. No other country requires this. The product is an Indoor -48vdc telcom switch, E1 and T1.
