I am looking for a credible organisation who can provide a brief (2 hour - 0.5 day) presentation on the duties and responsibilities of Company Directors and Design Authorities (at Chief Engineer level) with regards to product liability.
It is anticipated that the presentation would cover things like: Legislation Corporate and personal liability (both civil and criminal) Steps that can be taken to minimise risk of prosecution The presentation would be required to be conducted on Company premises. IT support (PCs and projectors) can be provided.
