Hello,

I want to know about legal requirements in Australia.

In Australia, especially in New South Wales, is there any
regulations such as requirements for third-party safety
approvals, marking requirements, etc. for products other
than those explicitly covered by the the Fair Trading Act?

At this time, I'm thinking of products such as brush cutters,
grass trimmers and hedge trimmers with internal-combustion engines.

I found "hedge clipper" in
http://www.fairtrading.nsw.gov.au/busin
ss/sellingsafeproducts/electricalproducts_gtoj.html
but I think this is not applicable to this specific case because
the products I'm thinking now are not electrical products.

Any information would be welcome.

Regards,
Tom
