Tyco Safety Products has an immediate need for an EMC contract engineer in Boca Raton, Florida. A solid understanding of FCC 15.247, and European short range device standards such as EN 300330, EN 302208, EN 301489, as well as digital device standards required. Must be able to generate test plans, write reports, make FCC submittals. Ability to analyze designs a plus. The contractor should be a hands-on test EMC engineer. The position is initially for 30 days; may extend to 60 days. There is an opportunity to transition to full time employment.
