Subject: DoC for CE on website?

Hello all,
We're in the process of placing an automotive based, (harmonized)
Bluetooth transmitter on the market in Europe. One request from our
customer is to place the declaration of conformity and all compliance
statements on a website, as opposed to printing the exact declaration of
conformity in the user's manual. I've seen this done before, but I'm not
sure it's been on transmitters and...is this allowable? I'm being asked
to
make a statement on behalf of the company regarding the matter and I'm
not
100% sure the request is reasonable.
