If it complies with the directives you can legitimately put the CE mark on it wherever you are selling it.
We have helped CE mark plenty of 110V products which were sold in the EU (this voltage is commonly used on construction sites in the UK). Some of these were 60Hz products which we tested to show were still safe when used on 50 hz. Others were 60Hz products destined for use on a 110V 60Hz power supply which was being used for a special application within the EU. Nick.
