Jody: There never was any specified time, either min or max, between the 2/20 surges on the power line. Most surge equipment needs some time to re-charge the capacitors before being discharges. This may take up to a minute before the next surge can be applied. Thus, anything between 30 seconds to a minute or so should be acceptable. By the way. The proper reference should be to the TIA-968-A rather than 47CFR Part 68. Note that there are three admendments to this document.
