help needed on EPRI TR-102323 Rev. 3

Hi folks,

Does anyone know anything about EPRI TR-102323 standard? Does anyone know how
to get a copy of that standard? Does anyone know any lab capable of testing
against that standard?

Any comments are appreciated.
