Dear all , According to the FCC part 15 section 15.101, does it means for a receiver if operating above 960MHz ( except CB or radar detector) , it is exempted for the test. For a GPS receiver, the operating frequency is above 1GHz, does it mean it is exempted? Thanks advance for all opinion. Regards, Daniel.
