A simple question that has caused a big discussion. Since the CE DoC is used to declare all the pertinent European directives to which a product complies and since WEEE and RoHS are also European directives, then CE DoCs should list at least the WEEE directive as of now and additionally the RoHS directive by next summer (or now if your products to comply with RoHS now).
