Hi Tim, I believe Don is correct - 3269 must be a typo. Since there is no 3269, 3268, 3259, 3279, 3369 etc I can only assume you are referring to either: - AS/NZS 3260 - Approval and test specification - Safety of information technology equipment including electrical business equipment (equivalent to IEC 950 and forerunner to AS/NZS 60950); or - AS/NZS 4269 - Complaints Handling.
