Hi, The EN61326 A3:2003 can be purchased in (Denmark with Danish coverpage and UK contents) at www.en.ds.dk you can read an English version of the standard institues web page. It has a search for box where you can just enter EN 61326.
Re. contents it adds some appendixes covering: a) Test configurations and perfromance req. for portable low voltage measuring eguipment (like multimeters) b) another appenix covering transducers with integrated signal processing (like load cells).
