In Huntsville, Alabama, you have (NASA's) Marshall Space Flight Center and the
(Army's) Redstone Arsenal EMI test facilities.  Obviously, these are both
government installations.  I know MSFC will do outside contracting  and I
think the Army will, too, but the Army facility is quite busy these days. 
These is also the Lock-Mart (Lockheed-Martin) facility in Orlando and Harris
in Melbourne.
