I have a couple of questions about Declaration of Conformity on LVD, EMC & RTT&E Directives.
1. Who is legally qualified person in a company to sign such documents? 2. Must the signatory or the company be in EU countries? I assume the company bears the responsibility rather than the signatory. 3. Where must the technical file be located? The manufacturer is located in Asia. Your advice is appreciated.
