EULA's are notoriously convoluted, bloviated and filled with questionable legal opinion. Have you ever seen even one where you could read the full document and comprehend the multiple sub-clauses, nested logic and 19th-century grammar? (I'm not arguing against any rational contract, just EULA's as they have become.)
