I Roger, f you plan on marketing globally, you are far from elimitating printed safety instructions. Most countries require to submit the printed safety instructions as part of their cerification procedures. If the product you are marketing has a CD ROM Drive, maybe you can convince the authorities that printed safety instructions are exempt. However, not all countries will buy this.
