February 14, 2006.

office of the Secretary. Membership in the IEEE-EMCS is the only requirement

This presentation provides a bri! ef summary of the effects of PCB stack-up
and bypass capacitor via choices on power distribution performance, providing
guidelines for efficient board and component utilization.
 
Speaker Bio:
Steve is an independent consultant with over 21 years of  industry experience
with a broad range of expertise.  Steve holds 17 US patents, and is a
consultant with Teraspeed and to X2Y Attenuators.  Steve has architected a
number of TDM and packet-based switching products, consults on patents, and is
a frequent contributor to the SI-list signal integrity reflector.
