I would treat any such chart with due caution. You need to consider the complete configuration surrounding the pigtail, bearing in mind that every conductor has series resistance and inductance (which may or may not be correctly modelled as lumped components), and capacitance to its surroundings. I can't see any excuse for a 6 inch pigtail, unless in connection with an actual pig or a female person, probably young. (;-) As an earthing connection, it's not likely to be very good even at audio frequencies. -- OOO - Own Opinions Only.
