It can be in a language ACCEPTABLE in that country. Machines for Ireland 
don't have to have the manuals in Irish Gaelic!

There are national rules about this, depending on what the machine does 
and other things. For example, if it involves X-rays, the maintenance 
manual for Germany must be in German, but in other cases a manual in 
English is permitted.
