I gather from the lack of replies AC Open Neutral is not a popular test to conduct. However, the question of power systems remains. Can anyone provide the maximum voltage a product could potentially see in the event of an open neutral condition in other parts of the world for pluggable type equipment in residential or commercial use? Also, is anyone aware of any documents that specify the power distribution systems around the world? From Annex V of IEC 60950-1 it appears IEC 60364-3 describes the different systems but does not include voltage levels and phase relationships.
