For the international arena, there used to be a UK based magazine that kept abreast of what to expect. Does anyone know the publication name? Do they still exist? Are there any other publications that offer updates on future int'l regs?
For the US there is Pike and Fisher which is only deals with US regs, but I am interested in a world-wide update.
