True, but it's EIGHT levels deep in the site structure:

  EUROPA > European Commission > Enterprise & Industry >  Policy Areas > 
Single Market  >  New Approach >  Harmonised standards  >  List of 
directives & subjects > EMC

and there is no guidance from the top level down through the levels to 
it. You need to know the succession of 'magic words' that gets you to 
the correct next level.
